Mr.Varner earned his law degree from Nova Southeaster University in 1998 and is licensed to practice in Florida state courts as well as federal courts in the Northern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Prior to law school Mr. Varner earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arkansas with a major in English and Philosophy.  Prior to moving to Northwest Florida Mr. Varner was a practicing criminal defense attorney representing clients in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Mr. Varner is now the managing partner for the law firm Varner, Nix & Kirkland, P.A. located in Milton, FL and represents clients throughout northwest Florida.
