Bowling for the Blind
Bowl-A-Thon!!!
October 15, 2006 at the New Liberty Lanes
Bowling for the Blind is a great way to support Independence for the Blind and our clients. No formal dress and no lengthy speeches and no auctions; (we'll save that for the Eye Ball) just fun for everyone involved!
All of the proceeds made from the Bowl-A-Thon will support IB West in helping the blind and visually impaired achieve maximum independence. IB West provides instruction in daily living skills, computer technology, and vocational rehabilitation free of charge to the blind of all ages.
You don't have to be a great bowler to help provide funding in support of IB West. Just ask your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors for pledges. Come out and support your community while raising money for the visually impaired in our areas and having a blast with family and friends!
This is our first year, but we are as excited as ever to make this a successful fundraiser for all. Mark your calendars for October 15 and start getting your team pumped up now. This an event that you will not want to miss!!
